- 600-gram salmon
- 50ml olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- juice of 1 orange
- 3-5 cloves garlic
- 2-4 green onions
- 1 tbsp. Ginger (optional)
- 2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
How to Make it?
It’s a quick and simple recipe to cook. It’s a two-part recipe. Let’s start with the main dish which is the salmon dish.
1 part. We’re going to marinate this salmon in a mixture. We start with green onions. Then we have the juice of an entire lime, we use one orange, then we have garlic, shallots. Add a little bit of fresh ginger. From the spices use sea salt, black pepper, cumin, and just a little bit of rose pepper. Let’s get into the preparation. We start with the marinade for the summer. All we need for that is really just a blender and then our ingredients we roughly cut them, throw in, mend them together and pour over the soul. Beautiful fresh summery marinade you can really smell. Let’s turn our attention to the salmon. Just cut this salmon slip into two pieces, and then add the marinade on top of it. The marinade can really work on both pieces. Now marinate nicely on top and you really see these fresh green summer colors coming to life. Make sure you cover all the way and try to fill all the gaps covered. All you have to do is it now you put it for 15 minutes in the fridge. Let it rest for some time. Let the marinade do its job and then it’s ready to be cooked.
2 part. All that is really left to do is to cook. So get yourself your indoor electric grill and heat it to medium-high heat. Now you just add a little bit of oil to the grill and start cooking. Put your marinated salmon on the grill and add a bit of the marinade on top of the salmon depending on the thickness. Depends on the assignment and might take three to four minutes aside. Flip it and add more marinade on top.
Your grilled marinated salmon is ready to plate!
